One-to-one coaching — London and online

How it works

No off-the-shelf course. I research you first, then build twelve weeks of coaching around the exact rooms you have to walk into.

The idea

Most speaking courses hand everyone the same slides. Mine start with a blank page and your name on it.

Before we begin, I do the research — your role, your material, the situations you actually face — and design a twelve-week course built around those specific things. One hour a week, entirely about you. Not a syllabus you’re fitted into. A course that’s fitted to you.

The process

How the twelve weeks are built

  1. 01

    A discovery call

Twenty minutes, free. You tell me what's coming up, or what's been quietly holding you back. We work out whether it's one event or a longer-standing thing — and whether I'm the right person to help. If I'm not, I'll say so.

  2. 02

    Research and design

Then I do the homework. I look at how you speak now — a recording, or a first session on camera — your real material, the meetings and presentations that make up your week, and any feedback you've been given but never had explained. I design your twelve weeks around exactly that: your situations, your goals, your specific blind spots. You start week one working on real things, not warm-up exercises.

  3. 03

Twelve weeks, one hour a week

We meet for an hour a week. Every session is practical — you speak, we work on it in real time, and you leave with one specific thing to practise. The weekly rhythm is deliberate: the gap between sessions is where the change actually beds in, out in your real meetings, not in a workshop bubble that fades by Friday.

  4. 04

    Real material, every week

You bring what's genuinely coming up — the board update, the pitch, the difficult conversation, the keynote — and we build and rehearse it together. By the time it happens for real, you've already done it here, more than once, under pressure.

  5. 05

    Where you end up

Twelve weeks later you're not maintaining a performance of someone you're not. You've built the habits — voice, structure, nerve — that hold on their own, in the room, when it counts.

Why twelve weeks

Confidence isn't something you install in an afternoon.

How much sticks
SKILL THAT STAYSTHE WEEKS AFTER
One-day masterclass12 × 1 hour

A one-day masterclass feels great and is mostly gone by the following week. An hour a week for twelve weeks — working on real situations as they arise, with time in between to practise — is how it actually sticks. We're not cramming techniques; we're changing how you show up, and that takes reps, spaced out, on things that matter to you.

Bespoke, and properly researched

No two courses I run are the same, because no two people walk into the same rooms.

The research at the start is the point, not a formality. It's the difference between generic presentation tips and a course that names the actual meeting you dread, the specific habit that undercuts you, and the outcome you're really after.

Everyone else's course was written before they met you. Yours won't be.

On a deadline?

Sometimes there isn't twelve weeks — and that's fine. If you've got a keynote, a pitch or an interview in a fortnight, we do something different: a focused block of two to four sessions built entirely around that one event. Same approach, compressed to fit the calendar.

The practical details

Where

In person in London, or online. Online works especially well for this — weekly, and in the exact medium many of you present in anyway.

Who it's for

Professionals, founders and senior leaders who are good at their jobs and tired of that not being obvious the moment they open their mouths.

Investment

We'll talk through the investment on the discovery call, once we know what your twelve weeks needs to cover.

The next twelve weeks are going to pass anyway.

You can spend them the way you spent the last twelve — or you can spend them building the one skill that changes how every room sees you. Book a free twenty-minute call and I'll map your twelve weeks out loud: the situations we'd work on, the order we'd tackle them in, and exactly what you'll be able to do by the end of them.
